All invoices are due on the 1st of the month. You may pay via Check, Bank Transfer (Chase/Zelle Pay), or Paypal.
Invoices are sent electronically on the 15th of the prior month. All services are prepaid and work will commence for the month once payment is received.

Getting Started

1 | The Discovery Call

I want to learn where you are in your business. Where do you feel you’re succeeding, and where do you feel you’re lacking support? This complimentary 30-minute session is the first step towards understanding your needs and assessing whether or not I'm a good fit for your business. Contact me for Discovery Call now!

Based on our discovery call, I will send you a custom proposal. The proposal will include our rough insights, pinpoint potential projects, and next-step recommendations.

2 | The Getting Down to Business Strategy Call

This one-time, (Typically) 60 to 90-minute strategic planning session is mandatory for all packages to kick off our working relationship.

This is your opportunity to lay it all on the table and let me know exactly which areas of your business you want to improve, how you think your team & projects can be better managed, and what systems you want to put into place to make your business run smoothly. It is also my opportunity to evaluate your needs, your team & projects, and your overall business structure.

We are now a team. As a team, we want to identify what can be taken off your plate simply and effectively. This is your opportunity to get to know me, the person who will have her hands in all of the inner workings of your business moving forward. I will be maintaining a well-oiled machine, allowing you to get back to the parts of the business you love.

I expect you to come prepared for this meeting with lists and access to the platforms necessary to accomplish the tasks needed to run your business. Yes this means some homework for you.

3 | The Audit and "Dating Period"

During the first 90 days, I will be doing an audit of all your business’ processes. During the first two weeks, I like to look at files, and procedures, and observe how your beautiful business operates. If I can immediately see places of improvement I will suggest those, but likely will need time to see how your team currently works in action, how they use your platforms and develop a plan for improvement.

This is a time to show me examples of how you operate, introduce us to staff, and allow us to find our space without stepping on toes.

After this 90 day period we can re-evaluate your Retainer Costs. Note this could mean a rise in retainer fee, but it could also be a reduction if I over estimated the amount of time originally to accomplish our goals.

4 | Manage Ongoing Relationship

Once we have spent some time in the nitty-gritty of your business, together we should have established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every task in your business, no matter who is doing them. These documents map out exactly how to execute steps and potentially automate routine tasks. Everyone needs the "What if I get hit by a bus" manual for their business.
Hopefully, in this process, we have also used these SOPs to take jobs off your plate so you can get back to the part of the business you love (or you can even book a vacation!).
